Youth Personal Training

Ages: 10-15

Youth Personal Training is available for youth ages 10 to 15 years old (must be 50″ tall). Youth Personal Training will improve strength and endurance for sports. Each personal training session is geared toward the individual level of athletic ability and/or sport of interest.

Youth Personal Training includes:

  • An orientation of the Wellness Center
  • 2 one-on-one trainings with a personal trainer (1 hour each)
  • Strength training techniques with emphasis on:
    • proper form and execution
    • cardiovascular training
    • flexibility
    • basic nutrition
  • After successfully completing training sessions, the youth will be able to workout in specified areas of the Wellness Center

Season Dates: On going

Training Package – $60 (2 trainings)
(Additional training sessions can be purchased for $40 per hour)
