TRX Suspension Training
A total body workout system that improves your balance, strength, and flexibility. This class is appropriate for beginners, but incorporates techniques that will challenge even the most advanced students.
In this high-intensity class, the TRX suspension system is coupled with other core-engaging exercises and cardio intervals using equipment such as medicine balls, stability balls, and dumbbells. This class is for the advanced TRX students or others highly conditioned through other exercises.
Senior TRX (Age 55+)
This class is for those who are seeking a total body workout with less impact and less intensity while still providing maximum results. It will incorporate gentle flexibility exercises as well as exercises to improve balance and core strength without strain on joints.

*Classes are $12.50/class when purchased in bulk for that month. As most months have 4 classes, each month will be $50. Shorter months will be adjusted accordingly. Must pay by the month in full to receive the discounted rate.
