Led by Austin King, the Y Sports Performance Program is a year-round training program designed to improve speed and agility, flexibility and core, while also focusing on weight training for the in-season and off-season.

You do not have to be a member to participate in this program.

We will also be offering week-long clinics this summer. Austin will be leading our Sports Performance and Baseball Skills Clinics for ages 5 and up.

Austin King is a certified ISSA Personal Trainer and holds a NSCA Strength and Conditioning Certification. For the past 6+ years he has been a Sports Performance Trainer for youth and collegiate athletes. Additionally, Austin played in the Los Angeles Dodgers organization for over 3 years.
