This Memorial Day we’re waiving the joining fee for any Veteran interested in becoming a member of the YMCA. Come to any of our Memphis & Mid-South locations on May 28th and show your Military ID to pay no joining fee (a value of up to $75) when signing up for a new YMCA Membership.

YMCA swim lessons are designed to help each participant learn how to swim better and be safe in and around the water. Our emphasis is on progression and building confidence. No matter age or ability, we have a class for everyone.
Days: Monday – Thursday
Fee: $60 Members | $100 Nonmembers
Preschool (Age 3-5) – 5:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m.
School Age (Age 6-12) – 5:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m.
Teen & Adult (Age 13+) – 7:00 p.m.
All classes are 8 lessons in 45 minute sessions.

Summer Session 3: July 2 – July 12

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a small-group program that helps adult cancer survivors reclaim their health and well-being following a cancer diagnosis. Through this program YMCAs are creating communities among cancer survivors and guiding them through safe physical activity, helping them build supportive relationships, and reducing stress – leading to an improved quality of life.
Session 2: June 5 – August 23
Tuesdays/Thursdays – 8:00 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.
Session 3: July 9 – September 26
Mondays/Wednesdays – 1:00 p.m. – 2:15 p.m.
Session 4: August 20 – November 8
Mondays/Thursdays – 10:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.

Duration: 12 weeks
Cost: Free of Charge
The program consists of group exercise using cardio equipment and strength training machines, guest speakers, and more, all in a support group atmosphere. The program is open to the public and will be free of charge.
To become a part of this session participants need to be 18 years old and up. Participants with any type of cancer are welcome. They may be going through treatments or not — may even be long time cancer survivor that needs help getting back to their normal life.

Group meets every Thursday morning from 6:30-7:30 a.m. Join us for a light breakfast and encouragement from God’s word. Bring your Bibles. This is an on-going group. Join at anytime.

Aqua Zumba® is the new hit Latin dance/exercise routine that will not only help you reach your fitness goals, but make sure you have a great time doing so! Listen to world music while learning new dance moves from all around the world. This invigorating low impact program is easy on your joints.
Wednesdays at 2:30 p.m. and Fridays at 6:45 p.m.
Ages: Appropriate for all ages and ability levels.
The Y will partner with Bring It Food Hub to offer produce subscriptions. This is a weekly delivery of fresh local fruits and vegetables. The Fogelman Y will become a pick-up location for members who sign up for a subscription.
TRX Suspension Training was developed by the US Navy. Now you can get the same training in a small group setting under the supervision of an experienced trainer. The body weight exercises build power, strength, flexibility and balance.
