The Sweeney YMCA is an adult only cardio and strength training fitness facility located inside Saint Francis Hospital off of Park Avenue. The entrance to the Sweeney YMCA is located in the back of the hospital behind the emergency room next to both the hospital auditorium and physical rehab department.
We are a unique facility in that we have a membership made primarily of individuals that are hospital employees, individuals that are post cardiac or physical rehabilitation patients and individuals that are active older adults. Our fitness staff are very helpful and experienced in working with seniors and individuals who have completed cardiac or physical rehab. The Sweeney YMCA has a personal atmosphere and is a great place to get healthy and enjoy good friendships.
