Program Fee
This is an inclusive service ($75 value) with your active YMCA membership. The YMCA has developed this "Assessment and Consultation" with over 150 years experience and professionalism in the spirit, mind, and body arena.
Boxing
There are many benefits of boxing including increased strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, balance, and agility. There are only two rules - No sparring and no whining!
Each class participant requires their own personal hand wraps and can be purchased from the trainer for $10.50.

Personal Training
YMCA personal trainers are here to service you and help you reach your fitness goals. You can feel confident and safe working with our knowledgeable, certified personal trainers. The YMCA understands that everyone is not at the same fitness level, so we accommodate you at your level of fitness. Whether you are an avid exerciser or a beginner, our trainers can ensure that you are being trained in a safe environment and at a comfortable pace. Contact Cheryl Green at cgreen@ymcamemphis.org
Fitness Response
This program is designed specifically for the "Beginner Exerciser!" and systematically provides feedback and follow-up to empower the member to become an independent exercisers and establish an exercise habit.
A Fitness Coach will be paired with the member to meet every two weeks over the course of eight weeks to develop a personalized fitness program.
This program is provided at no cost for YMCA members!
