Class Descriptions

Absolute Aerobix Great cardio workout featuring energetic Hi/Lo impact variety as well as kickboxing, plyometrics and Step 2 intervals. Ends with pilates inspired ab-work cool-down.

Step 2 Intermediate level step class using moderate choreography.

Step 3 Are you ready to move! You’ll  love this high-energy step aerobic class!

Body Response Designed with variety in mind. Will strengthen and tone muscles, develop great core strength, burn calories and improve body alignment. Easy to follow, adaptable to all fitness levels. Includes hand weights, bands, weight balls, and resist-a-ball.

Cardio Kickboxing Aerobic kickboxing at its best! Expend lots of calories with high energy kickboxing, toning core muscles throughout entire workout.

Core Training Builds and strengthens the hip, abs, glutes, quads and hamstrings.

Step Interval An aerobic class that focuses on working at different intensity levels using ropes, steps and weights.

Power Pacing Cycle Expend calories and increase endurance

Yoga Unbelievable class that focuses on strength and flexibility.

Water Aerobics All the workout with half the impact.

MS/Beginner Water Aerobics Certified by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Slower, less strenuous workout.
